The staff is very nice and welcoming, the doctor is apparently cool said my 9 year old he took out 4 wisdom teeth.

Dr Yusuf is excellent & the staff are great to .. would recommend Dr Yusuf to anyone that doesn't like going to the dentist

My experience was horrific, firstly the doctor didn't give enough anaesthetic and i could feel by teeth being drilled into, when I mentioned this to him, he replied rudely saying i should sit still and I'm supposed to feel it. Secondly the tooth which he filled had cavity but no pain, i am now in excruciating pain because of him. He also grinded my top tooth as it was too high according to him, instead of just making the fillings that he put in lower. I consulted two other dentists after this and both dentists said what he done was completely wrong.The dentist went on about how his doing me a favour by doing x-rays with no additional charge, however i did not want or need these x-rays as i had already done x-rays prior. He was persistent about the x-rays which he didn't even pic up the infection from, just to say that he done it free of charge!My advice is to go to a dentist that has a way of speaking to his patients and staff and that is more gentle.

Definitely stern but an excellent dentist filled 2 teeth a month went back today both fillings damaged (Im hard with my teeth) he said I will help you did both in his firm manner then did my painful tooth and charged me for 1 thumbs up! Dr Docrat

Please check your records as i have been to your practice, you are very rough, and have no way of speaking to your patients.

Very rude. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

I had an emergency and Dr Docrat was amazing. He didn't waste time he left the comfort of his home to attend to me. Great service. May Allah bless Dr Docrat
