Came in to your store today ordered for sit inn at 12.21 pm waited till 12.58pm i had to go to dem to find out about order ty say ty forget which i wss sitting in front of dem for over 25 minutes also reminded lady dat i required well done i think u need to sort your attitude of staff this is not onn pathetic service from a franchise business

I ordered over the phone I got most of the stuff I. My order but they never give me the garlic roll and there was one chips that was not there but I paid for them and it was on the slip

The service was shocking. Cashier didn't take down the order correctly. Then waited about 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Only to receive one order. Waited another 20 minutes thinking they were bringing the other order. Just to check the till slip to see it was never placed. Then went to place it. Waited another 20 minutes only to find out that the kitchen had not received the order. Absolutely shocking. Worst service ever from a Nando's outlet.

We got there just before 20:00 ,we were happy to see that they were still open Dundee being a small town & all, we were even thankful bcoz loadshedding took place & it never affected us whilst there

I love nandos and order it almost everywhere i travel. I purchased at Dundee twice. The sousing is so minimal that it almost tastes like regular chicken. Its not creamy at all, its like regular nandos souse from shoprite. Please put more souse
