Great service from Tony and his team assisted me with a gearbox service for my Audi at an very reasonable price and they also did a run through of my vehicle informing me about anything else I had to look into...Very good customer service and the team is very friendly and willing to help...Thank you guys for your assist I will definitely be back if I require your assistance

I had intended to rate this place at least 4 stars but because of the recent service I have received, I would prefer to rate it 3. An approximate fix" from them would have cost me between "a few thousand rand". Second opinion elsewhere and my problem was fixed for under R100. I'm not sure if I am the only one who has problems with them

Excellent service from Monster Jeep all round. Have been taking my car there for years since they were still in PTA north. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and fast turn around time. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very very impressed with Monster Jeep’s service. Had no problem booking my vehicle in for its service. The friendliness of the staff blew me away.They assisted me with every question I had before booking my vehicle in and even went above and beyond by giving me back a clean and spotless vehicle. They did way more that what I ever expected. Thank you Monster Jeep. You will definitely hear from me in the future.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Received terrible service from this place. Called the parts division in regards to rockers n lifters. I was told they have it in stock drove all the way to the shop and when I got there they didn’t have it and said it will be there the next day. Called two days later and the parts were still not there was told I will get a call back in 15mins which never happened I called back again to find out what’s happening when a rude gentleman basically told me they are busy and if I can’t wait I can take my business elsewhere. Hours later a lady called and was told they don’t have the parts they will need to source it for me. So why in the beginning I was told there is stock and then all of a sudden nothing. Till date I am still waiting for a call back of the parts I enquired about. Rather bad service

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. Poor communication regarding updates on the progress. More issues arose after my car was supposedly fixed. Took it to the original manufacturer and they found tools in my car from the previous repair work done by this shop. This was certainly an eye opener.

Awesome service, i needed a part for my Jeep. Instantly got the price from Vernon, made payment for part to be ordered and within 3 hours the part was there. Went to pick up my part and Vernon was kore than willing to give advise and assistance on my vehicle and questions. Highly recommend them.
