I was referred to Mariq by my Orthopaedic Surgeon after severe leg and ankle injuries. I was not able to walk without support. I have been with Mariq for less than 6 months in total and I am so thankful to her for giving me back my life!! I have never exercised in my life before , but now I enjoy her classes and fun- filled sessions so much, that I never want to miss a class! Mariq was amazing at helping our boy recover from a serious operation due to juvenile arthritis. Her knowledge and skills helped him recover and rehabilitate his knee. Forever thankful.

Dynamic team. Mariq and her team are very professional, but also full of fun. Every class is different and they come up with nice ideas to make it enjoyable while getting a good workout. I enjoy the classes and can definitely see and feel the difference. Thank you team, you are great!

The services offered by Aqua Dynamics are done in a professional way and Mariq Swanepoel is an expert in her field. Aqua classes are fun and excellent excercises for both strong/fit and the not so fit abd strong.I can strongly recommend this establishment,also for Pilates and reabilitation.

I will recommend Mariq to anyone who needs the help of a biokineticist. From the firt time I met her she has been warm, friendly and always willing to give advice. Her excercises has been a blessing for my osteoarthritis.
