Our thanks to Doctor Morgan and Megan for their kindness beyond measure. We had a difficult path to walk when Flekkie had to go to doggie heaven. Her bedside manner and knowledge is fantastic and we highly recommend her. True to her motto Doctor Morgan showed Flekkie kindness and compassion. He had a dignified exit and we are thankful.

Best vet's ever. From conversing with reception to entering the practice, kindness and compassion. This place has brought the biggest comfort and trusted diagnosis and treatment. Best vet in Cape Town. Highly recommended. They even submit your pet insurance claim. Yummy coffee available to chill out with your doggy in the outside doggy lounge. Perfect vet visit for pet+ owner.

Not a bad experience, they have sorted out our pets issues etc in the past so overall it's been a good experience. Plenty parking and well maintained grounds.

Very patient and understanding. I'm a first time pet owner and was having a hard time getting my boerboel to the vet. I love that there are options for the Dr to come to your home. They are also very flexible and very friendly.

Overpriced. Had to put my dog down here and they made us pay before even putting her down - she was in so much pain and just suffering, my whole family was crying, and all they cared about was getting paid. Not one shred of empathy, and when we got upset about it the vet started victimizing herself - I understand putting dogs down is probably very difficult, but she wasn't sad about that, just complaining that some people don't pay for their dogs being put down. Get a grip. And one more thing - stop telling your customers that you provide some of the cheapest services. That is an outright lie - bunch of money-hungry sociopaths. I feel sorry for any staff working here that actually care about animals and didn't become a vet just for a payday.

You were so kind and I love the LOYALTY program!Update - that was previous vetThe owner just started speaking money when I brought Romeo in for an op: procedure.Her staff told me max 2200 for teeth with an extraction and instead of apologizing and allowing me the option to settle the bill after or sorting this out she took it out on me and wanted to not give my dog life saving blood tests, she told me they’re the cheapest in the area and those are the prices. She had no remedy for me, she didn’t make me feel calm and stick to what was agreed upon, she riled me up by not listening to me and what I had been told and kept recommending we leave his blood tests. I can’t fathom what just happened and how terrible I feel after this level of insanity.Her receptionist apologized profusely!!!How dare they treat us like this.Update: OWNER ignores everything

When a customer takes their dog in for a procedure and you want to charge more than agreed why don’t you try to accommodate them when they can pay and explain the breakdown of costs? Worried parents need support not a condescending attitude. I do not tell my customers for hair extensions “these are our prices” and we are the cheapest. I explain each strand costs and installation and explain the glue. I don’t expect them to know and if I told them one price or a higher price which will save there hair and did not previously inform them I would accommodate them with payment options. You just take a persons ID and address or hold their passport/ID until payment received. If you’re in business you should know that and customer is king for repeat business. My clients spend 1000 a month with me which is 12000 a year per client. Word of mouth spread so be careful how you treat people.Treat your customers like customers that might help!
