I have been waiting for two weeks for an appointment for my car. Not even a call back.So I am driving with no working airbags for two weeks.Definitely not the Mercedes way I was used to

I would have love to give them a 0.Second year in a row that a had a very bad experience here. One or two very bad apples will ruin this whole business. Racism is still rife in this country of which is very sad after almost 29 years of democracy. Had to wait the whole day for my car while my appointment was 7:15 and i was there at 7am already. Finally got my car back at pass 4pm with my numberplate hanging and my touch pad inside the car NOT working, Had to wait another 10mins for that problems to be sorted out while that try to say that i brought the car there the morning like that. But it was the last time Stanmar Motors George will have the honor to service my cars or i buy a car from them.
