Lovely service. I've been getting my dog's food here for about a year now. The staff are always happy, they greet you and assist with any questions every time. I also appreciate that staff help carry your heavy food out to your car so I can send my wife to collect it if needed.

I 1st went for advice on leashes etc,excellent service from the lady and then Dusty a Dog trainer helped.A week after that I went for dog puppy training,Dusty was great,lots of respect for his patience and help.

Friendly and helpful staff, so patient answering all your questions. Such a wide variety of products, and that at competitive prices. They also offer training, but have not made use of that particular service yet

Very friendly staff. Get a pets for life discount card and you get 10% off every purchase. Well worth it. Finally found an xxxl jersey for a boerbul adult. Lovely clean store. Dog training done as well. Still going to go there for the training..
