Swiped my card. Money came out my bank. Staff said it was pending paid but didnt go through their system. Waited for customer support for over 10min to then be told they need to call someone else. Needed to board my flight, couldnt take what I paid for. Lesson is NEVER buy anthing in this shop - their system and process is broken.
