If you are looking for customer service don't use them. They have had my iPad for over 2 months. I should have been a simple screen replacement which was done. A week after the screen was replaced the Ipad died altogether after having the device for a further 6 weeks they have now said the Ipad is unfixable. It just seems to be a huge coincidence I gave them a working device with a cracked screen and they are giving back a useless device which they clam has nothing to do with them.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Arranged with them to replace my iphone battery. Drove 260km only to hear that they do not have stock after I was told they do have stock. What should have been an one hour job turned out to be a two week job.Struggled to get hold of them by telephone and no one could tell you what is going on.Got the phone back after 2 weeks only to discover that all of a sudden my home button isnt working anymore. The new battery worked well for 4 days before it began with the same problems. (I do not know if the battery was ever replaced with a new one)I will never go back to them as they are totally incompetent. And I would not recommend anyone to take their phones to them.

The technician does not know how to fix iPhones.My phone had a cracked screen , everything else was working fine and an hour later my home button was not functioningYou don’t make the phone better by breaking another part

I sent in my phone to get a battery replacement and I got it back yesterday. I got home and tried using the flash on my phone and it wouldn't work. I thought that maybe it was my phone adjusting to the work that had just been done on it and hopefully by morning it would be okay. Today I test my flashlight and it's not working. Furthermore my rear camera isn't working either. I tried calling the branch several times now and nobody is answering the phone. I'm so disappointed at the service. My phone came back with more problems than it went in with.I went back to have them fix the problem they caused and the guy that helped me was nice and got my phone working perfectly again. He gave me great, efficient service and made me forgive the inconvenience they caused me. It's a shame I didn't get his name.

Insurance usually mandate using weFix but they still offer a good service and follow up information on repairs via SMS and email. Just check opening times. Nothing worse than getting there at 8 when they open at 9 then paying for Gateway parking just for the pleasure of driving in and out.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I'd taken in my iPhone Xs for a screen replacement. Once I received my phone back I'd noticed a permanent blemish on the screen. After further investigation the blemish had been caused by the technician at some point bending my phone to the point where the internals of the phone were pressed up against screen. In response I'd been told that there's nothing to be done and they couldn't help me even though they'd completely ruined my screen. Additionally it's now been a few weeks and I've just found out that the OLED screen I sent my phone in with has been replaced with a cheap chinese LCD, even though I'd paid an exorbitant amount for the screen repair. Since the repair my phone screen is constantly glitching everyday and in certain cases just shuts off. I've tried contacting the store for help and after being told that the manager has been on leave" for the last two weeks I've now been told that there's nothing they can do to help meand that's that. R3000 down the drain. Absolute daylight robbery."

The store is really nice, conveniently located at Gateway. The staff is really helpful. Not too sure if the gentleman's name was John but he helped me out and was very understanding and gave me the best option for my Macbook.Definitely recommend going here for any fixing of devices.

That technician has messed my phone up completely. since he replaced my battery - i loose my telkom service all the time. Its shocking & I am furious. Remove your poor technicians as my life is on my phone. TOTAL inconvenience.

TERRIBLE. Don't get your screen replaced. Took in iPhone x. We were told replacement screen was an A grade generic. The cost was R3000... We found out that screen replacement screen is not the same quaility. The resolution was terrible... And the screen didn't even fit the phone corre tly.Service was bad.
