Had a Hair strand test, got my results emailed to me regarding food sensitivity, allergies, along with many other results. I was told that the lady Barbara, who did the hair strand test would have call with me to explain my results to me, to which I was pretty disappointed about how she approached our phone call. She definitely sounded rushed, I prepped so well And I printed out my results and was hoping for professional insights and explanations to my results.. All she did was literally read what I had already printed out and could see and read myself to which I did already do. She seemed very uninterested and didn't give me a chance to talk or ask any questions, she started saying goodbye to which then I quickly tried asking a question, she barley answered me And couldnt wait to say goodbye, she sent a list of supplements I should buy fromthem but I can get the exact same brand and supplements for a lower cost in CPT, to which I did.. But still not much feedback And insight, would just like to say as a client, that Barbara should have more passion, interest and patience with the follow up call and feedback sessions. As its supposed to be a face to face feedback session, however I based in CPT And I expected alot more than her reading my results to me which I already printed And read through myself.Disappointed by my experience with the hair strand test. But haooh to have received my results And have had the test done.

Called for help and the lady was a bit rude, like I was disturbing her.So I ordered from faithful to nature. R1300 that your pharmacy just lost plus any recurring revenue from future sales.

A year ago, Lucinda helped me and I found a solution to my reoccurring UTI's after 4 years. I haven't gotten it since.Went there yesterday after months and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I walked in and no one asked if they could assist me.I then asked the fat lady with the specs and short hair who was stocking the shelves if she could assist me and she gave me attitude.I then apologised for disturbing her and told her what I needed help with. She then called someone else to assist me and she wasn't friendly either.The old lady and coloured lady at the counter was very friendly and polite - they were the only two people that actually greeted.If you don't like your job please don't take it out on the customers. Also I've always seen the white folks getting speedy assistance with a smile and a laugh. If the white ladies don't want to help people of colour and give them attitude then please get someone who doesn't have a problem with people of colour and who won't have an attitude on the floor.Very disappointed after I've referred my family here. Please get an online system so that we can order online instead of dealing with the attitudes and unfriendly faces

Called for recommendations on products but was abruptly told to come in store by the lady that answered and started greeting to put the phone down. There's a reason I called and that was I was unable to come in store but was able to send someone to collect what I ask them. Better phone service pls.
