The best service at tye vodacom shop in the glen, been to too many vidacom stores, I literally work next south gate mall, but I always come to the Glen because tye service is unmatched, I was at south gate vodacom 4 u store, and spoke to some big fat Black guy, regarding fraud that was done on my account, he told me the nigerians played me, they can't help, he turned me away. Ravin at the glen helped me and I'm extremely thankful for the staff at the glen.

I didn't know which phone I wanted to get. I just went there to ask questions and what I loved is how well informed they areThe man who helped me made sure I looked into something that would best fit into my lifestyle and my needs.Very very eye opening experience

The service at the glen is over the moon horrible and the employees are unskilled as they giving us dirty looks. I do not recommend going to Vodacom the glen as the wait just to get assistance when the shop is empty will be 30 minutes plus I walked out of the store disappointed and please guys save time and don’t go to the glen Vodacom cause the service is completely shut and the manager is an unskilled worker for sure. All the employees are busy on their phones and don’t interact with their customers.

Terrible customer service. My sister and I went to the shop to buy phones on contract. The entire process felt like torture. My application had to be vetted twice because Delron (sales assistant) didnt know what he was doing. My sister never got her phone because she had to wait 4 weeks for a phone to be delivered, only to find out that they dont manufacture the phone anymore. Bare in mind that we had to follow up. No call or update from them. Nothing. She eventually decided to cancel her application. The shop assistants are so clueless, uncouthed and lacking in respect. As soon as you see that Vodacom shop door, do yourself a favour and walk away.

I had a problem with my cell phone number, previously it was on my mom's name and I changed it to my name but it seems like it didnt update on the client profile. I went to the vodacom store at the Glen and I was advised by one of the consultants that my mom needs to be present at the store with me to change the ownership it can not be done over the phone, I go back to the store with my mom and I was helped by a very rude consultant. I explained to her what the problem is and she said their system was offline its not available on weekends... I was completely dumb struck - we were asked to come back tomorrow but it's fine not for my mom to be present only her ID is required. 2 hours before that I was told a different story. I'd honestly never go back to the store the consultants don't know what their processes are and there customer service is pathetic they don't even give you an opportunity to speak but rather told that they have 12 years of experience and they know what they are doing. They don't care how they inconvenience their customers.

Terrible service! For 2 weeks we've tried get a device on contract, for an existing account with promises they will call back. Mpo never calls back and the other consultants literally faff around with poor excuses!!Pathetic to say the least!

Horrible customer service waited 1 and a half for a technician. Wanted to sort out my contract the consultant brushed me off. Someone else arrived after me she immediately assisted that person. Basically the stuff just ingore you as you wait to get assisted.

USELESS, RATHER GO TO MALL OF THE SOUTH. 2ND TIME THAT NO ONE WANTS TO HELP US
