SONTSHIKS TENT HIRE

So much for supporting one of our own, what a poooooor service, use them at your own risk. I had hired a 2 pole tent that included 100 chairs, the chairs were delivered in a filthy state, full of mud. The owner/mngr. said her drivers had collected from another customer and delivered straight to me. I requested that the chairs be uplifted and be cleaned at their premises; instead of our home, but the chairs were never ever re-delivdered. I had to make plans to get replacement chairs, yet I had made payment for a complete service and no where in all our communication was I informed that that I'd receive muddy filthy chairs which would then be cleaned with my water, my electricity and pressure pipe. Zanele; the owner /mngr.was meant to see me, but that as well didn't materialise instead she'd want to keep communicating via WhatsApp, with no decency to even call and apologise for the major inconvenience caused.
