Was in the mall, called the store 10 Mins before they were closing to ask if they had a jacket I wanted. The lady who answered told me they closing and I should come back another day. Lost out on a sale because they wanted to close early

January 2019, I sent in my GoPro Karma Drone here, bought at Cape Union Mart in Stellenbosch - I keep having to chase them for updates. It's now 4 months later and I still have no drone or assistance. Pretty useless service. I've lost money and lost one expensive drone it seems.I'll avoid this store for any expensive tech purchases. There's way better options out there.

Great customer service. Called in for a glacier jacket, spoke to lameez and 30min later I was in store to purchase. She went the extra mile and kept my size one side thank you. Kevin was also very helpful and assisted me with some extra purchases aswell, previously I also had a good experience with Kevin when buying some boots. Keep up the good work, loving the points reward system.

Cape Union Mart Gardens Shopping Centre
I have tried on two occasions now to purchase a tent at a Cape Union Mart branch. The first was at V&A which was out of stock, and the second in Gardens where I waited at the till for 15 minutes before eventually being told that their systems are down. I really like their clothes but my advice is that if you're looking for a tent rather go to their competitors such as Outdoor Warehouse or Mountain Mail Order.
