Poor customer service,, staff do not greet

Really awesome to have a dedicated mrp kids store. Large and spacious with big variety. The queue to pay/return/layby was ridiculous. Waited for over 30min. Only 2 to 3 tellers working pretty slow and needed to call the supervisor numerous times for authorizations. This was mid week and the service was so poor. Very disappointed.

Its great, loving the sport items there are so strong so far the one i got are amazing.The service inside the store is cool, but outside its worse and annoying mostly mr price sim car service its the horrible service i ever got on earth not sure if i should thankyou guys for such experience...For this service its ok for them to keep on deducting money even if they can see that the sim card is not operating at all when you call them they dont pick up even if you call using the mr price store phone they wil not pick up...such experience had makes me to dislike mr price in a way that i cant wait to close my account with them....i hope to find same quality clothing somewhere else!

They searched my handbag twice! Embarrassing to say the least.

My friend left her whole shopping bag on the floor while we were looking at clothes and this sweet employee found it and took it to the tellers, pity I forgot her name but may God bless her abundantly.

Very poor customer service and male staff stalk the female customers

Clothing is ready good but service is average quality, hard to find a person whomwprks there when you are looking.for an item of clothing
