It's a very clean and quiet place to live. I give it 4 stars only because the kids play area is limited and there are only two braai stands for the entire complex....otherwise it's a decent complex.

Perfect location I love that I can walk to Benmore in like 5mins. Spacious. Lovely communal and private gardens. Plenty parking. Pool and club house.
