Tranquil place where local meet frequently around a glass of wine. Ideal place for cyclists to stop and have a java before turning around to Durbanville and surrounds.

It was midday and loadshedding. The inside was cold. Outside only had one spot in the sun. The hot drinks are overpriced.

Lovely antique decor, with indoor and outdoor seating available. Serves an all day breakfast at very good prices with friendly service. We initially went in for a quick bite, but I'm glad we stayed for a full lunch because the special of the day was waterblommetjies potjie, a local delicacy. Honestly one of the best meals we've had in a long time! It was so convincing a display of their culinary skill that I got some carrot cake to go and I have no regrets. Absolutely delicious, we will definitely be back soon!

It's an amazing restaurant with a real farmlike atmosphere. The vibe and atmosphere are very inviting. The service is quick and friendly. Guests have the option of sitting inside or enjoying basking in the sun outside. A must visit when in the area.
