I was there a few days ago, and I was really impressed with the service I got. There was a minor issue though while I was there and when I contacted the manager, she got into it immediately and solved it for me :) There is nothing like a perfect business, but I appreciate people who go above and beyond to make sure that people are happy and comfortable. Pity I couldn't take a swim in the lovely, clean pool because the weather didn't allow it. But I will definitely be back there soon. Thanks Team Nandi's ❤️

Room neat, though there was no wifi password given or written anywhere in the rooms. You have to ask at the reception for such. Also, there was no electrical kettle nor cups in the room. Plugs are limited and not easily accessible. You have to remove either the aircone or Fridge to accommodate the microwave or your laptop. They need to improve on such.

Well the receptionists were totally clueless about the pricing and they gave different pricing than the one advertised on the website , the rooms had open view decoders instead of DSTV , besides that everything else was exceptional

We were here for a valentines weekend. What an awesome place it is... We enjoyed every moment of it. The only thing I give 3 stars to the rooms, is lack of maintenance on the water pipes. We could hear lickage drops at night. However stunning beds, soft sheets, comfortable.

Very poor service with the check in. No coffee stations in the room. None of the aircons are working. Won't reccomend for the price you pay

Pool was dirty. Rooms were dirty. Sheets extremely dirty. Doors couldnt lock. Intercom not working. Receptionist asked us for airtime to call owner to confirm our booking because she did not have airtime.

This is a catfish guesthouse. Pictures on the website and reality do not meet expectations. Currently busy renovating and did not tell us. Rooms are below average quality, the yard and area are dirty, and do not feel welcoming. I would not recommend to anyone.

First of all the location on Google maps is wrong. You will definitely get lost and secondly the receptionist don't have a clue to what their prices are. We were given three different prices for our room until the owner was called. That was a very dodgy situation. One of the helpers of the Guesthouse got in our room to drop blankets and we were eating and she had the nerve to ask us for our food as if she doesn't get paid to eat. That was a very uncomfortable situation. They need to do better
