Cairnbrogie

We went for a bike ride along the coastal trail. The views are s.p.e.c.t.a.c.u.l.a.r and will for sure recommend this beautiful farm for cyclists and hikers. Also a pump track for the kids to enjoy. Check out their website for more details.

The Lakes Bird Club visited for the first time at this really well run farm. We were not disappointed with lovely walks, dams, pastures and of course lots of mountain bike trails. The coffee shop is a delight with good coffee, cheesecake and other refreshments. Staff extremely helpful and of course we must return.

Really awesome trails, not the longest but still great fun to do them all, some jumps and berms, amazing views on the ocean trail.Call first before attempting to hire a bike. There wasn't one hire bike, even though I was the only person at the park. Had to travel to town to hire a bike.

A world-class mountain bike facility just outside Plettenberg Bay, and just a 30 minute drive from Knysna, with arguably the best enduro trails in South Africa. Apart from the variety of Cairnbrogie single-track trails, the facility is adjacent to the BIOGEN MTO trails, with at least a dozen individually hand-crafted enduro sections, all with magnificent views of the surrounding terrain and many with views to the ocean. The trails are immaculately designed and built, with enough challenge for the most skilled riders, and ridden slowly, perfect for the less skilled rider. The Coffee Shop is first-class, with barista quality coffee and yummy snacks. A pump track for the kids completes the riding options. Definitely a multiple repeat destination.

Oh where to start, there is so much to do at Cairnbrogie. There is a great coffee shop with a bike track for the kids. All the dairy products come directly from the farm that is on the premises. Ask to visit the farm, it is really cool. On Mondays (I think) you can bring your own container and buy fresh milk. Then there is the horse riding and hiking. Oh wow the trails are beautiful. They are setting up the Inqua pass which will be a natural corridor to allow movement of wildlife. You can come on a multi day hike through this. The farm also hosts 16 of the remaining 20 something heritage Griqua horses that run around in the pastures by the sea. Beautiful.

Great trials, lovely little coffee stop and easy access to Plett MTO makes this a must do stop for MTB enthusiasts.

This is a working dairy farm that also offers horse riding. They also bottle and sell their own milk.

This an ideal place to hike or MTB with the family, plus, dogs are welcome too! It's also a great base to start and do the MTO trails next door. Reward yourself with a lovely coffee served in some of the coolest mugs I've seen. We'll see be back for the hikes soon!

First time visit. Very impressive. Coffee shop cakes and treats very delicious and the coffee, Red Cappuccino & Hot Chocolate perfect! Staff very friendly and pricing good.
