Took my wedding band & engagement ring to be repaired & I couldn't be happier. I am really pleased with the customer service that I received & my rings look as good as new! Would highly recommend Fischer & Son Jewellers.

Awesome service. I had a watch in need of repair which 2 jewelers before this was not willing to attempt when I walked in and ask the owner he said he will try and took it to the back for about 20 minutes and appeared with my watch fixed and charge me a small fee I could not believe. I offered to pay more but the owner would not take it. Truly a awesome experience in service.

I prefer to go to Fischer, as I consider him to be honest and always willing to share knowledge and give advise

My family has dealt with Fischer and Son Jewellers for decades! Recently I returned to Stephen to ask him to make my wedding ring that my husband had designed. We had gotten two other quotes during the process and Fischer and Son Jewellers' quote was 3 times less than the most expensive one! Stephen had my ring ready for collection in under 2 weeks and the end product was exactly as per the design! Incredibly affordable, world class customer service and knowledgeable expertise!

We received friendly, personal attention. The jeweler is well informed and offers excellent advice. I made to customized rings here and both came out beautifully. I can definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for something unique that is truly representative of who you are.

If what you own and require is VALUE, QUALITY, TRUTH.. .the jeweI money cant buy, before you get yo the one money cant buy , this is your jeweler.I used to do my jewelry shopping and a few purches at this store. Moved away 2000. Ever since juggled options in new surroundings. Not being able to come right, I remembered this guys. Since my last visit, now 2021, I can say how refreshing to still find them there with a rich depth to the value in the self. This is what the client receive. TRUTH AND VALUE which had nothing to do with money. Which is why the country lacks quality in most services from businesses. Due to what humanity do not own within and hold understanding at, they support levels which grow in NON QUALITY business. If the norm was about VALUE MONEY CAN'T BUT...IMAGINE ( If you even can) the wealth South Africa could own and operate with. I can at least *mention* a *GEM* being able to identify with what this Country is in poverty of in so many a so called businesses. ***I thank Mr Fisher for hes time and service Most of all your trust and impeccable value to operate from such belief system. ***No names mentioned, however if I compare quotes, time, service value, from even so called Bottom to Top Jewelers in Tygervalley complex, non of them would be graced with my presence of client requirement again.

This is one of the most incredible jewellers in Cape Town. They are service driven, give professional advice , supply beautiful jewellery, well priced & above all, honest, nothing is ever too much for them to do, after sales service is amazing, not many quality business people are as good as Mr Fischer, an absolute pleasure doing business with Fischer and Son. Thank you for everything & going the extra mile, your staff are excellent too.

Went here to get several watches fixed and a ring. Everything was done in store day of. Was out of there in under an hour. Would definitely go back!

The worst shopping experience my partner and I have ever received. We were looking for a watch strap. The sales lady was assisting us, showing us the different straps available. A man comes from the back and stares at us. He then accused my partner of putting a watch strap from one of the display units into his pocket. He was incredibly racist. He didn't even apologize after my partner emptied out his pockets with NO WATCH STRAP in sight. I will never support this business ever again.
