I recently serviced my 100 and 200 series Landcruisers at Knysna Toyota. My thanks to both Seans and Bronwyn for not only a fast and efficient service, but the fact that they went out of their way to make sure that I left a happy client is commendable. A client for life!

I really appreciate the way in which Andries Strydom and his team dealt with my appointment for a 110,000 service for my Toyota Prado, his willingness to accommodate a very late change to my appointment and the fact that my car was returned to me with all me personal belongings intact - including cash monies in an envelope. In the rush to drop off the vehicle after arriving in Knysna from Cape Town, I forgot to clear all my belongings. In South Africa where honesty is so often compromised, it’s truly admirable to witness such integrity. Really appreciate that and the good service. Rashid Seria

Excellent experience with Knysna Toyota in dealing with a faulty battery that was replaced under warranty and resetting the Prado EVU and a valet cleaning at no charge. I highly recommend them.

My 2018 Hilux bakkie needed a 120k service, a big one. So I called Toyota Knysna, and it was a smooth operation from A to Z. Very clear when to plan, how long it would take, what the costs would be, what the service would look like. Additionally a thorough clean, both inside ánd outside. While getting serviced a call to update about the progression. And when collecting the car, again, very communicative. A clear overview what was done, their findings, how the details of the service were put in the system. I can be (very) picky, so man what a relief it is when you find out this Toyota team puts at least the same amount of TLC in your car as you do yourself. It makes me almost look forward to the next service :)
