Renew-it (Umhlanga)

BAD SERVICE BEWARE OF THIS PANEL BEATING COMPANY!I went to Renew-it to get a qoute on a dent in my car. I met with a lady by the name of Zinhle who I then gave all the information etc. I pay R450 and after I pay she just ignores my questions slams my car door and leaves into the building. I find it weird and leave and call the next day and and she asures me that it was sent already and I should check my emails. I call back after not receiving anything and she screams at me telling me I'm lying and cuts the call before I could finish what I was saying. I was unable to go there after this incident due to work so I called back again and spoke to her boss who was very rude not listening to me like I don't understand why treat a client like this ? Till this day I have not received my refund and no apology aswell. I spoke to a friend and he has also had a very bad experience with them so I HIGHLY RECCOMEND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Absolutely pathetic!! The employees actually stole the memory cards from within my Radio.With regards to their work it's also disappointing.They take a week but the workmanship is still so awful.My rear bumper was resprayed but there are still scratches visible, areas were missed on the bumper and thick over spray on the bootlid.The car is silver but when I received it, it had alot of white paint on the windows and body from another car they were spraying.When I went to collect the vehicle the rubbers weren't put in properly they then closed the bootlid causing the lights to hit the rubber and fall out also the number plate lights were hanging.I complained to the head office however no response.Very disappointing and pathetic panel beaters i am definitely definitely never going back.

If your insurance refer you here, do EVERYTHING you can NOT to use them. Worst experience ever! Absolutely zero communication. Shoddy workmanship with bubbling paint. Promises to sort it out - after constant following up they took the vehicle back 7 weeks later, assuring me they only needed 2 working days. It's now been 7 working days and I still don't have my car. I was assured I would have it today- but no communication to tell me anything. I have called more than 10 times- and am either put on hold and the call cuts or told they will call me back (which they don't) The operation manager never answers his cell phone either. FED UP does not begin to describe!

Pathetic service receptionist looks like she ran away from prison not helpful has a don't care attitude should be the face of a company so sad that businesses that supposed to bstaff that do not enjoy their jobse reputable get a bad name by

This is by far the worse service i have ever seen, hard to hold of them, if you do they promise to call you back and never do, the car was there for over a month, It takes them over a week to send an invoice, no source of urgency whatsoever..... very very poor service would NOT recommend them at all.

This repair shop is very busy and has limited parking and also has no sinage at entry so if you are new to this place it's hard to find as it's not on road but in the building and you can't see it but their repairs are very good

Had one of my doors of my Nissan sedan replaced in March. It is now August and the workmanship is terrible. You can clearly see the difference in the door color as opposed to the rest of the car. I would not recommend them!

Poor service, tried to email and call and no one responded. Told me my car would definitely be ready on a certain day, but was not.
