Service is bad , they got no clue what they are doing , not even knowing the price. We were told our business cards will be ready in two days, went back there to check and nothing was ready and they had no clue when it will be ready. Very very unprofessional.

Took 5 days to get a quote on a basic white notepad with a letterhead. After approving the proof there was no communication. 2 weeks later when I enquired about how much longer it will take to complete my order I was then told it was ready for collection. Standing around at the front desk waiting for someone to assist, finding my order and finally leaving was a time consuming process.

Honestly the service there is bad, and it all starts as soon as you step foot in front of the building. At the entrance there is an electronic with a doorbell next to it. you have to ring the the doorbell to notify the employees on the other side of the gate to open for you. You have to ring the doorbell multiple time just so your lucky enough to be noticed. I had to wait over 6 minutes outside ringing the doorbell !!

I walked in looking for business cards and left 15 minutes later with design and printing done in record time by Bernard. Considering the urgency I was willing to sell all 3 my kidneys - considering how busy the shop was, I was surprised my request was even entertained, and more so when I paid way below what I expected and left with all vital organs intact. Great service Bernard!
