If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I called Lema Blinds to request a quotation. I was told that I would be contacted to schedule a date and time for someone to come and take measurements for the quotation. Three days later I was called and we made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday came and went, no one showed up or even called to let me know that they won’t be coming. On Thursday I called Lema Blinds again to explain what happened and the receptionist said she’ll find out what happened and call me back. Two days later and I still haven’t heard back from them. Absolutely pathetic service and I will make it very clear to everyone that I will never recommend them and I will not be using their services.

After requesting a call-out, a gentleman contacted me timely and made an appointment. I was really happy with his competent and friendly service. Thank you Lema Blinds for your assistance.
