Extremely rude service! As entering the store people set off the buzzer and the person on the door didn’t move or say anything but when I left the store I was stopped and checked all the items in my trolley had been paid for witch they obviously where. Extremely rude service the discrimination is not on.

Waited 15 mins at service, rang the bell so many times and even called with no response. Just disappointing as lots of staff standing around chatting and ignoring the PA calls for help..

Walked in & said 'good morning' to the woman at the entry, got grunted at. Asked a team member where the item I wanted was located. He acted like I was an annoyance. Manners do not cost a thing Kmart.

I visit here regularly as it has always been close, but for years this store has been poorly stocked, and today the level of customer service was very poor.

Kmart used to be good. Now it’s a mess. The racks look like an Op Shop with no variety or selection and mis matched items. Rubbish.

Went to innaloo kmart today to buy something and when I went through the checkout it scanned at a different price I then was told that is the price I just didn't look properly. I said fair enough. I went back had another look double checked the model number against the ticket yep sure enough I was correct. I asked for assistance and the assistant came and scanned it and said the tickets haven't been changed and took them all off in front of me and then said the price is the price. I would have still bought the product if they had just matched the price. Could not add a photo because I didn't think to take a picture before asking for help. So far the worst experience I've had in a kmart.

Click and collect ridiculously slow. Only one person servicing click and collect when there’s others at least a few others doing returns and at the door.. especially during the busy Christmas period. And you had to pick the slowest person to do the click and collect… Please put an additional person for click and collect assistance..

The older Lady who works at checkout tonight is too strange she put her hand in my shopping bag and said is there anymore of those specials left! She hasn’t really got any right to make me feel uncomfortable going through the self service.. she is too noisy…
