Very poor experience. Needed an item urgently for work. Called the store and spoke to a man who assured me that they had what I was looking for in stock. I specified exactly the item. Immediately drove all the way to collect and found that they didn't have it in stock at all. He didn't even bother with an apology. Nice store - terrible, terrible service.

Worst customer experience I have ever had the pharmacists were rude they did not assist they took 20 min to help me receive my email ! Pathetic and the saw obvious evidence that I need medication and had the script yet they discriminated against me and did not give me after waiting dor 20mins . a female pharmacists and guy that did want to help as they treat people like criminals

I really appreciate if people answer the phone when I call, especially the dispensary. This Clicks always answers in a friendly manner, even when they are busy. They also have higher scheduled pain and medication. The Clicks in often doesn't have these. Secondly, even they are about to close the doors, they help!

Worst Clicks ever. My experience with Cliks' and vaccines have not been great, but this Clicks takes the cake. Also extremely unhelpful pharmacy. Asked for valoid, was just told we dont have any. I have to ask can you recommend anything else. Zero effort to help anyone at this Clicks. Avoid this Clicks at all cost!
