Extremely poor service, I don’t want to mention the cashiers attitude towards customers,it’s been year since I last visited the shop ,I’m not sure why am I surprised because shoprite’s level of service has been like this for years.

Current service is Poor. I Just went for 1 item, but had to be on a line with people there for groceries. Kiosk is always unattended.No tills for few items.Don't waste your time if you in a hurry!

My wife went to buy some stuff yesterday along with 5lt water and she put the water in the bottom basket came to the cashier to pay..payed for Al her stuff and forgot to pay for the water.she came and said she forgot to pay for the and as she took the water out the security came and said u never pay for the water and my wife said yes sorry she forgot but going back to pay the guard replied oh really the attitude of this guard ..my wife was coming back to pay for it why give her attitude we are tenants here we are not thieves cos we are indian they treat us like that and it's not the first time

Shoprite Palm Springs will never ever change their disgusting customer service,especially at the money market . Those old ladies have stinky attitude and they're doing it intentionally cause they have been there for years. All they care about is their beauty and playing with phone , chatting and laughing out loud and it's funny how the manager doesn't seem to be bothered by any of this cause she's their friend. I can't wait for Pick n Pay to open soon .
