I went there with a picture in my mind that my husband couldn't see. I spoke to and he gave me great advice;then as we were looking at different types of poles and things I was looking at; another staff member heard us and came and offered other advice! These 2 guys helped me to see exactly what i was looking for, but didn't even think about!!!I cant say who helped me more,because they worked as a team with suggestions!!!!! I left feeling confident in my decision of how i wanted my 4poster bed that my husband said would never be possible!!!! I'm excited to do it..they showed me things I didn't think I needed!!! I stood back and thought...mmm mmm i forgot I needed to do that!!! I have NEVER got such AMAZING service!!! My husband even said do i have something with the guys coz I am fussy and don't have about anyone like this lol....thank u for hiring such great staff!!!!!Just looked at my pone and got the name's..first gentleman man was and the next gentle mans name is

Staff are friendly and you appreciate dat for sure. SERVICE IS CERTAINLY VERY IMPORTANT AND I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT BUILD IT RICHARDS BAY KNOWS HOW TO OFFER GRT SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.THANK YOU JANNIE AND VUSI FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.My only suggestion would be TO PLEASE ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONES AS CUSTOMERS SOMETIMES CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE STORE AND REQUIRE INFO

Build It offers a fantastic service if you are doing home renovations. All of their products are well-priced and of decent quality. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Build It offers a personal touch that you might not see at other building suppliers. The only down side is the location. The parking is small, and borders on a taxi rank, leaving the area feeling less than secure. Other than that, Build It will definitely help you build it!
