Absolutely pathetic service!! Booked a couples massage, arrived at the place to be told that there is only one therapist available!! No call to inform us prior!! Absolutely pathetic service

Authentic Thai massage experience. The massage table is a firm bed on the floor. Don't expect to sleep during the massage:). It's painful but so worth it in the end. My back feels brand new!!

I have to drive an hour to get here, but it’s worth the drive. I’m still yet to find a place on the DurbAn area that comes as close as being good at The Thai Touch in terms of giving a proper deep tissue hard massage with the life changing stretches.I super recommend Thai Touch, and will always go back (until I can find a place that’s closer to me and matches them in skill and expertise)

In general a good massage. My husband and I went there for a full body massage - 90 minutes. It started with two lovely ladies, who unfortunately couldn’t stop talking with each other for the solid 90 minutes. My lady had to leave the room, to do something different. After 5 minutes she came back and continued. The massage technique was very monotonous..a good experience but not the best.

The worst massage I have ever had. We booked for 3 people and all of us had the most unsatisfactory experience.Massage therapist does not know anything about massage.Massage mirroringPressureBody physiologyLanguage barriersUntrained in massageFurther more, they offered us hot oil and in the end we were building extra for just heating up the oil.I do a massage every week and I have been to many massage spas but this officially is the worst.

The best massage I’ve ever had with such sweet and professional staff. My therapist even did a French plait for me ! Highly recommend The Thai Touch, you won’t be disappointed !

Had a couple’s massage. The massage was wonderful but the best part for me was the hip and shoulder stretches at the end. I am moving so much better since. Thanks so much Nicky and Kitty

Definitely do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Dropped off kids and drove from verulam- excited to get our one hour massage- only to get there to find out they overbooked. Worst experience- just walked out and no one will compensate you for your time or fuel wasted. They didn’t even call me beforehand to inform us that they overbooked- we had to show up to be turned away. Please book in mangwanani ballito / elsewhere- there are tons of places to go and my first experience with Thai massage ballito will always be tainted
