The team that was schedule to my house to fit the motor, was so humble and gave the best advise while we were waiting for our Electrician. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Use at your own risk!- They didn't do a site visit before installation- One of the NEW gate motors didn't work initially- They didn't install the motors according to Centurion's specifications. The technician was very very incompetent.- They spent too long installing the gate motors. It seemed as if they- The installation was very shoddy. They left holes in the gates, didn't close cuts in the ground, not all wires were inside conduits, welding looks like it could break anytime, maglocks not fastened with the right number of bolts... The list is endless- After numerous complaints, they couldn't even send out a more senior technician to review the job and validate our complaints- We misplaced the invoice and were told that our warranty is void and they wouldn't fix the relay issue which Centurion warned could lead to a malfunction - instead of trying to generate another invoice for us.

Hi the overall experience was fantastic as I was assisted by a well skilled technician,the installation of gate motor was installed perfectly and I'm so happy with the service I received from Gido Group...I can safely recommend their services to anyone looking for a general tech systems.

Absolute worst company to use, bad after sales service and seem to only care about getting your money out of you... Douglas Deerens is the rudest and most abrupt person you can ever come across in your life and shouldn't even be dealing with people.

We purchased 2 Centurion RDO from them on the 7 March 2022 . They came and installed one and said that they cannot install the second one due to technical issues. We requested for a refund on the second one. They said they will do the refund. The refund was never done. I called them and e-mailed them to follow up about the refund several times and they kept giving excuses. I asked for a manager or owner, they said they are never in the office. I asked for contact numbers, they said they are not allowed to give them out. No service exists what so ever. I threatened to send them a lawyers letter, They said I can do it, they dont care about it. I cant believe this is how they do business. Stay away from them!Glad to get some response from you. The invoice number in question is IS 30087.

Please be careful about the sales pitch where you are led to believe that everything is included. The invoice says battery but I had to pay an additional charge. The team was efficient and Nice. I will source an alternative provider as these guys refused to wait until tomorrow for the balance of payment and were already removing the battery whilst I was communicating with the office.

I have used Gido for many years for maintaining my electric fence, and recently they restrung my fence and replaced some brackets. They did the work quickly and efficiently, and communicated in time about the installation date so that I was kept up to speed at all times

Gido's Quote was competitive, but I was concerned with the many conditions in it that might affect the price. Douglas requested a meeting and after going through the quote on site all the variables were agreed I accepted the quote So there were no surprises .The date for the erection of the fence was set. David and the team were excellent each working on their part of the project independently. What struck me was the professional happy manner in which they worked. Throughout the project they kept my in formed and did what they said they would do. Ending off with me receiving a very detailed compliance certificate. Thank you all at Gido.I would unreservedly recommend this company

Excellent work done by Gido team.From sales to scheduling and rescheduling (to accommodate wall extensions on our side) to installation by Sam and his team. We really got the perfect, hassle free service. They do deliver on what they promise. Electric fence is installed properly and even though there were challenging spots on the property, Sam's team worked till after dark to make sure it was finished correctly. Thank you!

Gido installed our electric fence in 2012. After 10 years there has been minimal maintenance required. Recently some sections of the fence had to be moved due to renovations at the neighbours. Again great service from Gido.
