DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I called to have our fridge fixed and they came out same day to fix it. At first it all seemed to be working fine but 2 days later, all of our food in the fridge started freezing. They came back to fix it again and said that a part wasn't working so they have replaced it again. Worked for another few days and now it's freezing up again (and makes a noise). The freezer isn't really freezing as much anymore either. I have been phoning everyday for a week with no answer. My messages are being read but not answered and now it appears i've been blocked as the phone just goes to voicemail.

Don't use this company as they do not repair, it lasts for a day and they don't return to do a proper job!!!

We made use of this company to fix an espresso machine at our restaurant. The technician came and advised us that it was the capacitor, relay and thermostat that needed replacement.A day later the espresso machine started leaking and then were told that a seal was needed to be replaced. I asked why this was not mentioned initially as part of the quote or picked up after the repair?Surely one would do your test after the repair is done.Two weeks in and no follow up, no call to inform us on development and still sitting with a machine that doesn't work. Frauds of note and I would not recommend these people to anyone for repairs.Absolutely disgusting work ethic!!

Their service is very poor. My fridge is worse than before and is now making noise. Though there is a warranty on the repair, they failed to pitch.

They repaired my fridge same day I called them. At first all looked good but then I noticed that the fridge is much louder than before. I moved the fridge to look behind and found the pipe they had soldered was all iced up, water on the floor. I called Anton many times but he never answered. Then he wrote on WhatsApp that he will come within an hour".... He never came and does not answer his phone or WhatsApps. 6 month warranty on his invoice

We had 2 issues.1) the crusher in the main fridge freezer was faulty.2) the mini bar top ice machine was leaking on the table.They came out, did the inspection. Said they need order the parts for the Samsung fridge freezer, which was always on back order for over 2 months.Then he said he can take the mini bar top ice machine and sort the leak out and bring it back next week. Both never came and still waiting.I tried calling no answer, I sent messages no reply. Absolutely terrible.All I want is my mini bar top ice machine back, I'll take it somewhere else Thanks.

Do not use these people. They are not real repair technicians. The tried to repair my fridge. They told me my system was blocked and Charged me R2850 to take a few panels off, regas and throw some hot water down. My fridge was still not working. I asked them to come again and made an appointment for 10am. They never came that day. I got him out eventually and he had another look and said he fixed it. My fridge didnt cool down. I decided to call another company Jet 7 to come and fix it. The problem was the fan motor not working properly. They are still ignoring my whatsapp. Now I need to take them to small claims court. So if you looking at paying these guys a few thousand rand to take panels off and stair at your fridge, it's your own fault after reading this review.
