It is now the second time I've arrived 8n this outlet and experience pathetic service. First it was the system that was offline and they only started serving us after 9:30, whilst opening time is shown as 9am. Today, I'm told it is chicken" that is not available

The service was so slow, we waited an average of an hour in 32⁰ for our orders. The ladies at the counter seemed to choose those they know and prioritized their orders. Will definitely avoid this place when in eMpangeni again

They told me inkuku is still not cooked, and that i have to pay and come back after 20 minutes. This was rather such an unnecessary inconvenience. You can do better guys
