The staff was very helpful until the order of R11,387.80 for floor tiles and accessories was paid! Raymond promised me that the order will be delivered the next day (Wednesday 1 December 2021). On Friday, 3 days later, I went through to check on progress with tiling because there was no cellphone signals. On arrival on site I discovered that NOTHING was delivered. After a lot of stories from Raymond, and fighting over the phone the order was delivered on Friday, 3 December 2021 at 16:15. Poor Service!!!

Worse customer service ever. You dont get what you paid for. Have to keep going to exchange for the correct items which leads to delaying your work from getting done. 8 days later and the order is still not correct. Another delay for them to get the correct items. Doubt i will ever go back to ctm

Amazing range of bathroom accessories and tiles, they have a great variety of mosaic tiles.We had great personal and very professional help from Nicole, she really had a good idea what we were looking for and her product knowledge was excellent!

Raymond could seem to be a challenge in this facility. Instead of dealing with people complaints when they are escalated to him, he ridicules customers in front of other staffers and customers. they load tiles without taping them together, thus tiles loaded loose. I'm wondering the value of this platform looking at the post before this about Raymond who doesn't seem to improve, maybe he is the law of Rustenburg ATM

Very helpful staff, and got what we wanted, but the outside workers is very annoying, trying to get work to install tiles. Not working for CTM.This Makes the shopping very uncomfortable and unsafe for anybody picking up their purchases. Even after reporting this to the staff, nothing gets done removing these people from their premises. I cannot recommend shopping here, as it is unsafe and a risk.
