This branch deserve no stars at all,the stuff are so quick to make you pay but cannot even deliver as promised , while you paid for their service.i am still waiting for the technician to come and connect my dish , until now!!!!!What annoys me that the numbers on the slip is invalid and now i have to do the run around .THE WORST EVER BRANCH !!!! TO BAD THAT THATS THE ONLY BRANCH AND THEY KNOW THAT PEOPLE HAVE NO WHERE TO GO BUT WAIT FOR THEIR SLOW SERVICE"

The staff is skilled and really doing their utmost to provide prompt service, however this is the tge only DSTv centre in the entire Qwa Qwa. Another centre is desperately needed

I could give this 0 rating if it was possible. This branch should be just reported to Multichoice since they bring the name into disrepute with their disgusting service. We bought a dish 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting for them to deliver.

I went to purchase a DsTV package for R599. I was told it would only be installed in 3 weeks' time. The only way it could be installed in 3 days would be if I bought the R700 packge. Told them I'd rather go elsewhere.

This isn't exactly how I envision a DSTV outlet to be. The manageress, or the person I presume to be one, is generally cocky and disagreeable. She's even a tad arrogant in her mannersims towards clients. I would not recommend their services particularly if you are in a hurry. Be prepared to wait on average 45 mins.

My experience is very bad my mother is been running to their office for the past few weeks for them to fix signal she even paid the R250 but still nobody has come and fix it.
