Walmer Post Office

What a waste of time . Sat in a queue for 3 hrs and was then told I needed more documents to get my son's car licensed. If the man who trolled the queue because they were approaching closing time had been in attendance at the door on arrival, a lot of people (I wasn't the only one) could have saved a lot of time

The entire SA postal service is a joke. You can't rely on them to perform even the oldest and most basic function of their business. Which is receiving and distribution of postal packages.Zero service delivery in any of their branches. What an absolute waste of national resources keeping their doors open.

Car license renewal yesterday was a pleasure, very friendly, helpful and efficient lady on duty. She needs to be the example to ALL post office employees, for the Post Offices that are still operational in PE.Well done to her....

Just close this Post Office too. It's offline so often that nothing gets done there anymore anyway. It used to be the best place for vehicle disc renewals etc.

What terrible service! No wonder the post office is going out of business. All of those people maybe deserve to be out of jobs. They are rude and laugh at you and they work backwards. You wait for 2 hours without any communication. There are 3 tellers doing nothing out of the 4 tellers! Only 1 teller doing vehicle registrations and he must sort out everything else and runs everything as the post master is off for the afternoon again. Never here. Its absurd! If I could give a minus 20 I would.It is people like them that give the good customer service providers a bad name. But unfortunately it looks like this is the order of the day in South Africa. Terrible service. What is customer service in South Africa? It is when you get paid to give the payee a bad experience and to be incompetent at your job.So sad but very true!

Went to buy a fishing license for myself, was so impressed. It was the quickest I have ever been in and out of any Post Office.

24th December there was barely any people and worked out so well. Was thankful to the gentlemen working there that gave me some guidance. Sat in line and the processing didn't take more than an hour. See you next year Walmer post office.

Haven't been able to do license renewals here again

All in all an okay experience, when to renew my vehicle license was a bit annoyed by the fact they allow people to hold up the process as they haven't filled out the correct forms ect. Would recommend training a staff member who can advise on what forms documents ect are needed before you get to the counter and find out you missing something

People go in, nobody come out. Standing in the queue for two and a half hours and not even inside the building yet.Service!
