This un-reliable shop doesn't even deserve a single star rating.We wanted to support local to avoid waiting weeks for a product from overseas. Guess what? Three weeks later and the parcel tracking shows our product is packed somewhere in China.And don't think you will get a refund.Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Worst Online Shopping ever I purchased a car part on the 19th of April and it's the 20th of June 2023 today I haven't yet received it I have to request feedback everything they don't give any feedback they show on their website Fastway and Courier Guy but some buffalo couriers emailed me and after that the post office sent a link and I had to pay again an amount for it to be sent I'm still waiting. Woudnt recommend this site to anyone.

Showed up at the store to follow up on an online order after reading negative reviews and negative posts on Hello Peter and Trust Pilot. They were helpful and hopefully we'll get our order which at the time of this posting is still within promised time frames. We have received a tracking number of our order which apparently is being despatched from China.

I ordered from reliable store and still do not have my package delivered however I am gratified with the customer service from Mandy, she was actually able to explain to me how their shipping process works. I am happy for the updates from her without me having to call in and the assurance from her makes me confident enough that I will receive my order. Thank you Mandy !

This Store is a total Scam. You order and pay. That's where it ends. Customer service response is vague and unhelpful. They supply a tracking number that gets stuck at the packing stage. From there they stop responding to enquiry mails. If you like loosing money. Buy something from the UN-Reliable store. Just Don't!!

Good service friendly staff in store shopping before you go in first call them for stock availability

UN-Reliable Store with NO communication what so ever about you order. 3 weeks & my order has still not shipped. Have to call & mail to get any correspondence. really a very bad shopping experience.

UPDATE!!!! - Is there a ZERO RATING!!!!!!Delivery arrived today after the 8/04/23 - WRONG ITEM!!!!!! Pathetic!! Refund for the nonexistant item was supposed to have taken place over two weeks (this is after their 5 to 20 business days ) so basically 4 weeks and no refund - nothing!!!!!Your site should be taken down! Not once have I received an apology and do not even try to speak to a manager they block youDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!Ordered items for my son for his birthday. Never arrived still waiting 8th April nothing not even a tracking number asked for a refund nothing no money back. They have basically stolen my money and supplied no goods. Shocking shocking!!!

UN-Reliable Store with poor comms and not giving you what you ordered. Provided me with the wrong color. Packaging is cheap, so is the product - I bought the same exact one (Apple Watch case with strap) from Takealot and received it the very next day, in a small quality container that is actually from the OEM, excellent quality product for about R30 more.
