Friendly experienced staff that takes a personal interest in their patients. Was treated by the bio Mieke Potgieter for back pain and rehabilitation to my knee after a surgery. She also assisted with strength and mobility exercise programs that truly made a positive difference to my lifestyle. Will highly recommend her to anyone that had a surgery or who is struggling with mobility or just want to enjoy a more active lifestyle without injuries holding you back!

Amazing care , Kaitlin has been fantastic , she has guided me through what was going on with my body to understand where the pain / trauma came from, and provided a set of adequate exercises. She had a great understanding of the sport I practice and how it shapes my body.Not the usual pushy approach where you end up having to sign up for 10 sessions other physio may have.I strongly recommend.
