I ordered online and my order was being processed at Jabulani mall. A few days later I called to find out how far my order is and I got assisted by a sweet lady called Nompumelelo. She updated me on how far it is and what’s short. I must say I’m impressed with how she went all out to ensure that I receive the best service ever. Today I was at Dischem Jabulani, I'm your regular client because I buy my daughter's chronic medication from the store. Today I came to buy flu medication for my daughter and I had a levie that I needed to pay.I was not impressed with the fact that the was no cashier next to self medication and prescription meds, I then had to go to the till queue which was too long. other stores you won't experience such. The other thing was the supervisor by your customer service she didn't take my query seriously and ignored me while the consultant was trying to explain my concern.
