I would not recommend this company. I have been waiting more than 2 months for my Barn door which I have paid for. They do not respond to my messages or answer my calls. I have had to phone from a different number to get answer. I was promised twice the door will be delivered that week. I am still waiting for my door.

I will not recommend Barn Doors 4 Africa to anyone. We are already waiting 6 months for our door. They don't answer their phone calls or get back to you on any messages. They do not even make contact for a refund. Their services is absolutely poor!!

Update to me previous review...So the owners made contact with us to explain why we hadn't heard from. They rocked up today with our door. I'll post photos later. If you haven't heard from them, send a WhatsApp message that you can find on their Facebook page.

So sad that small company treat paying clients this way. We paid deposit 31 August, still awaiting our doors. They have had excuses up to a point and then no feedback, tried calling, whats app etc. See they have been doing same thing with many clients. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Not sure if they really exist....

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!I’m in Brackenfel and they doing the same to me.. I paid the deposit three weeks ago and every week it’s been another excuse. I’m so disappointed. They have now blocked me on WA and are not answering my calls. I see there are so many posts on Hello Peter complaining about them, they have been doing this for a while. I however, have involved SAPS. It’s actually not about the 2k anymore.. it’s the principle. I prefer to support small businesses.. but this is a classical example of why most people don’t. It’s sad really.

I have payed a deposit for a large order. Now the phone lines are disconnected and no one is getting back to me.If you cannot meet a deadline or something happens you need to be professional.I will be opening a case against you. I would warn anyone wanting to get anything done through these people. So unprofessional and much better craftsmen and professionals that can do the job.

Would STRONGLY advise you to not deal with Karen and Rheenen. They are straight up criminals who will take your money and not follow through. I have been trying unsuccesfully to get the hardware I paid for for the past 6 weeks. They have long since stopped answering calls and texts. AVOID.Thanks for the response....the first response in nearly 3 months of phonecalls and texts. And by the way, the length is 3.4m which is what I paid for and have tried to explain to you before........
