I recently uses Nikki Zigras to fit out a short term rental apartment I have in Cape Town, since I am living in Australia. I have not met Nikki personally and all our correspondences were done over emails or by phone.From the start, I was not really sure what I want for this apartment and I sort of dropped Nikki in the deep-end with a budget. The latter which she stayed within to way less than 1% difference.Her back and forth communication was excellent and I never felt that I was not sure what is happening back in Cape Town. She went over and beyond with advice and helping me with details such as informing and following up the snags with the apartment's property management.And her interior designing skills are excellent if you take all the positive reviews that the apartment is getting on various short-term rental websites. Most of the furniture and finer details that she used was from her various contacts and the came out amazing. She even assisted with organizing the final photo shoot for the property.I am given Nikki 10/10 for her work and can truly recommend her to anyone.
