Low rating because a suggested 1,5hr waiting time became almost 3hrs - and that for a 25 min tyre repair.

Greetings. Let me share what I experienced at this shop: Yesterday (22 September 2021) a guy called Tiaan refused to take my motorcycle tyre which had slow puncture, he said he owns motorcycle so he can not patch my tyre because he does not want to take responsibility in case when tyre fails at a speed of 240 km/h. I have no idea why he was refusing to assist me because of his riding behavior and personal experience. He then said he is calling his brother on the other shop (Dunlop) who can assist me, I refused to go to this shop because they are worse, anyway they are brothers. He was just sending me away from their shop. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager, later he said he is calling his boss, then his boss called another boss whom they said is in Upington. The first boss (Leroy), this one I think is the manager in this shop phone back and told me that they will fix it but I should come to collect it tomorrow (23 September 2021), he also mentioned that it is hard to patch motorcycle tyre from inside. I went there today (23 September 2021) to collect my wheel, tyre was patched but there was a rubber protruding from where the tyre was patched (I have pictures and recordings of my encounters). The managers said they did not want to help me because the law does not want them to fix motorcycle tyres, I don't know if there is such a law in South Africa. When I got home I poured soap water on the tyre and the tyre was still leaking. I went back and they were closing when I got there. I am going there tomorrow (24 September 2021) morning again.
