If you want to further your studies with a NON flexible distance learning institution, this place is for you. If you don't attend the webinars, due to say WORK or LIFE, you will have to wait 7 days or more before you get access to the recorded session, even though prior to signing up I was told 3 days. Mind you the period between sessions is 7 days. So you will always be a week behind. Be prepared to wait 12 hours for a response from the online chat" service

The absolute worst service I've received. I've been passed from Pilar to post and I'm no closer to the information I require than when I first started. No one at Mancosa seems to know what they're doing? Please make sure you employ staff who are competent and take responsibility and not pass the plate to someone else.

I was there before Lockdown. Friendly staff but not very helpful. They could answer simple questions or solve simple queries, I was told to phone Durban Head Office basically!! What's the point of having offices and staff in Capetown then?

If you want to learn do not waste your time at this place.All they care about is making money .High marks awarded to students who copy the handbook and low marks given to those who study hard, think and apply their knowledge.This is the perfect place for buying a certificate as all you have to do is pay the fees ,copy and paste the assignment and pass .I dont know why this place is still open.All students need to write a collective complaint somewhere, Mancosa cant continue robbing people like this !!!

I need to de-register and have a very good reasons for doing so, but they will not refund me a cent even though i paid, in full, for all semesters, and i have not even done a single thing towards my studies!!! They just ignore my emails and have been emailing for over a month! Last i heard it was getting escalated to finance department and then radio silence! A bunch of crooks.
