Amazing service from this company! They installed a camera with movement detection at the back of my house. Works perfectly. And even after the fact if I needed some guidance with the app etc, they were VERY helpful. Would most certainly recommend them to anyone.

I live on a farm outside Stellenbosch.I contracted IP Security Services to install a full CCTV system with 16 cameras on the fence line surrounding the house and had one IP Dome camera installed. Viewing screen located in my bedroom.Once pricing was settled I had nothing but close to a perfect customer service experience from Walter at IP Security Services - the installation was performed on time and is possibly one of the neatest and tidiest installations of anything like this that I have seen. It was a comfortable experience with little extra obstacles because I believe he had done his homework properly up front. What obstacles did present themselves during installation were solved quietly and without me incurring any extra cost.I have had the system operating now for over 2 years. The quality of the hardware, software and cameras has been outstanding. I did not install battery back up because of cost and with the power cuts I might have had 2 occasions in the last year where the system froze up - not IP Securities fault - just a consequence of load shedding. On both occasions it was solved immediately on calling Walter. He has the ability also to work remotely on the system which has prevented a call out on at least one occasion.When I have had to call him back whether for the 2 instances I mention above or when I wanted to adjust the sensitivity of the cameras to eliminate unwanted recordings during heavy wind or rain he arrived within a day of me calling and performed all work at no cost to me.I can honestly not fault any aspect of my interaction with him and can confidently recommend his service. I have had the experience of dealing with reputable large companies on this sort of thing before and IP Security puts their service to shame. They get 5 stars from me.
