Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent service from friendly staff. Suzette and her team at Reception assisted me with a tricky project so willingly and with a smile. Lovely gardens and pool area.

Stay at the hotel was excellent.. service and room perfect..but ordered breakfast packs at Kelseys Restaurant as we were leaving early the next morning, a service which they put on their in service menu..only to find out the next morning that it was never done....and we had to leave without breakfast for the day...that was a disappointing end to our stay.

Very different hotel experience to what I'm used to because the rooms are laid out in small double story blocks rather than a single big building, so it feels more like you're staying in a small townhouse rather than a big hotel. Decent small gym. Great breakfast. Ubers never far away.

Will highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Love the reception area with the desks as opposed to the normal counter as well as the lovely fire going in the lounge. Food: my starter was lovely; I ordered barbeque wings but tasted more like a tomatoe based sauce and the hash brown with my breakfast was not good. Other than that all good.

The accommodation was nice. It was quiet and peaceful, and had small courtyard gardens around my room. The gardens are well maintained and pleasing to look out. I'd come back for this.The restaurant was comfortable and the people are friendly, but the food was not great. Eatable but not great for this hotel's standard. I would not use it for business dinners, which makes it less convenient in terms of location for a business trip. The breakfast was better, though I had huge pieces of egg shell in the egg - for home cooking understandable, but not for a professional restaurant.

The place is a nightmare especially the finance team. I was there for 1 week but I had to change rooms every second day if it wasn't the smelly carpets its the aircon not working. The only thing nice about this hotel is the breakfast and the safe parking area but the finance team especially SUZETTE was the worst!!! I'm still waiting for my refund its been two weeks now.
