Only giving one coz there is no option of zero stars. Pathetic service from manager. Had to pick up my gearbox and take it somewhere else after I was told 12 days later that my gearbox was 'tested on the machine and failed but I have a other gearbox you can buy' I took it somewhere else and nothing was wrong with it as I just sent it in for a casing swap and a check
