Really slow and unprofessional communication from Jonathan, promises to call back and then nothing, repeated follow-up calls met with noncommittal and defensive replies. The most frustrating service I’ve had in a long time. Much more pleasant interaction with Glasfit.

I had to replace my passenger window due it being smashed. As I had to me having to travel shortly afterwards, I was unable to wait for stock to arrive and settled on a temporary perspex fix. It took not even an hour to install and they also vacuumed the glass out of my car for me. I would like to thank Jonathan for his excellent service, he was extremely helpful and friendly.

Jonathan and his team are excellent. Our insurance company initially sent us to another company who completely messed us around. We were then sent to PG Glass and Jonathan was able to assist us with a temporary measure at the last minute while they waited for the glass to arrive. This meant we could still travel safely to our holiday destination in December. We are very grateful for their professional and friendly assistance.

Absolutely terrible! Terrible service by people who definitely don’t know what they doing! Pre checks were altered after I left and when work was completed I was requested to do a pre check which should have been a post check? When I pointed out a dent they were so quick to say they noted it with me when they never did. They therefore altered the pre check after I left. I have no photo evidence so they get away with it.

I contacted PG glass to replace the back windscreen of my daughters VW UP. I dealt with Jonathan (the manager). It’s been almost 3 weeks and had to constantly call them and follow up and ask for an update on what’s happening. Every time I call the ETA of the windscreen changes. Terrible customer service from this branch. I recommend using a different branch and NOT Cape Town branch

Place is a joke. Wish I had read the reviews before hand.Waited 10 days to get tinted windows with them because of the PG Glass name. They called me the day before to move the appointment to a more convenient time for them. I happily moved stuff around.When I got there it become obvious they didn't have the tint I had requested when they took my booking. They tried to sell me something different before acknowledging they didn't have what I was asking for. Turns out they forgot to order it or didn't check if it had arrived.Either way a waste of time. Teams shouting at each other. Avoid and go somewhere with better reviews. The don't do the brand justice.Response to owners" reply. Why ask me to fill out another form to contact me? You guys have my details from the booking? Happy to share the details with you if it helps you but I've already gone somewhere else with great service (Lunar)"

Three days of calls for assistance I am hoping to have a call back tomorrow morning for replacing a shattered car window. Not impressed with the non communication with insurance companies and they don't return calls.

We urgently needed assistance last week Friday with our car's front passenger side window that wouldn't go up, so I called around and someone recommended this place to assist us. We didn't really have much of a choice, as most places were already closed, and our destination was over an hour away, and we couldn't risk driving with the window completely down as it was freezing cold, and also a huge safety risk. I had called them to ask if they can just help us lift" the window

Horrible from the moment I drove in...Manager didn't even acknowledge me only greeted once I shouted hello through the glass office..Then the tint was so poor craftsmanship...The manager never checked on the work.. Dirt stuck inside the film on glass.Tint doesn't cover the whole window, air bubbles a total amateur show.They got me to sign everything before even showing me the work done..If I didn't check myself Jonathan the manager was more than happy to have me leave with dirty windows smudged hand marks.When asking the worker if she is proud of her work she said I'm not the tinter..I recall calling to book yesterday & them telling me that they don't do tints. The manager then called back & said no we can do it.. No we can do it!When I pointed out he didn't even check the excuses were nonstop.Wasted my time no remorse..Unprofessional & treats customers like we lucky to have this service we paid for..The tint looked like a 4yr old did it.

Great service - patient, professional and lovely staff. Jonathan Jacobs and his team were a delight with which to coordinate the replacement of my window and side panel. Highly recommended.
