The ordering system is absolute garbage, I order at work like multiple other colleagues so we use our landline number but now I cannot order unless I give my cell number (probably to spam me with ads over sms), so I will get called and bothered should somebody else other then myself order...demanding I give my cell number or I cannot place an order, absolutely pathetic.

The service I got was not good, maybe the staff were overwhelmed by orders but the communication was poor. Food was nice, thanks to the application I had as I was not assisted because I asked about to slow service people received. That is from placing and waiting for orders.

I placed an order at 18:00 and got it at 21:00, 3 hours later and yes, cold AF!. I tried to call the restaurant to cancel theorder but I couldn't get through their line. I called over 20 times and the phone just rang. This 1 star rating is too good for your terrible service.

Since they started charging delivery, food orders take forever and you stuck with cold food. I ordered online more than a hour ago and they just phoned me to say that they don't have drivers and they can't tell me when my food will be delivered.Piss poor service to say the least.To update... my food arrived cold after 95mins and the order was only half and aparently ran out of cold drinks, all this after already taking money from my account, including a delivery fee, and they don't have the decency to call or anything!I sent everything back with the driver, and we'll see how long it takes for me to get my money back!If I could give this review a 0 star I would!

Absolutely terrible and shocking service. I ordered some pizzas on the website at around 18h13 on 3 August 2018. The order was accepted by the Debonairs Pizza @ Centurion Lifestyle Centre for 19h00. I live around 1.5km from the restaurant and assumed that everything would be in order. At around 19h10 I called the restaurant to find out where my meal was and the phone was engaged. I attempted to call several times (at least 10 or so) and still was not able to get through. I then called customer support who advised that they would attempt to contact the driver and give me an update. She called about 6 minutes later stating that she could not contact the driver. It is almost 24 hours later, and still no pizza has been delivered. I had asked the lady from customer care to cancel the order and she did not even apologise until prompted to do so. When I had told to cancel the order, she had simply said, Okay" and I had said "It is not okay....". This is probably one of the poorest client experiences and service I have witnessed and would not recommend that anyone goes to this specific Debonairs. I just ordered from Debonairs Centurion (this is my 7th order more or less) and I have received excellent service on each occasion. I would love a response to this review so I can identify who is responsible for the restaurant so that I can share my terrible experience and know what will be done to improve on this experience. Absolutely terrible service."

One of the most frustrating experiences ever. The staff are polite, but there is ZERO management in this shop. 2 hours and 32 minutes we have been waiting for an order (I told them I did not want the order if it would be longer than an hour and they said ok). I tried to call to cancel this after an hour and thirty minutes, after 23 calls with the phone just ringing, I have up. Debonair’s online service is just as much of a joke, you contact them to resolve it and they can’t do anything either. WHAT A JOKE!!!

From placing the order to opening the box things were not nice. The lady was rude, the Cram Decker was dry with 2 cubes of chicken and lots of mushrooms. I have ordered the same before and it was appetising but this one made me regret going there and waisting my money.I’M SO DISAPPOINTED!.

Extremely poor service and unethical behaviour. I paid twice for the same order and they refused to accept the order, but took the money. They now refuse to reverse the transactions, so they are stealing. Don't go here they will waste your time and try everything to steal from you.

Just a pity i cant rate zero,ordered a pizza at 4pm its 18:17 and i am still waiting,pathetic excuse of place really..I regret placing an order here. POOR POOR POOR ZERO FRM ME. So delivery guy finally arrived at 18:30,when i went inside the house n opened the box,it was NOT what i ordered :-( pizza looked dry n very dark..Had to drive back to the store to return it,and wanted a refund.m definitely NOT using this store again.Those employees r sabotaging the owner

The branch meets the requirements and staff is mostly friendly.My only gripe has only been that their stacked/stuffed pizza never has enough filling. The middle crust is usually dry and plain...The service is fairly quick, though.Supervisor was a fantastic lady who tries very hard elevate service.It'll do.
