This is a well-fitted fast food place. The staff are trying to do what's best but they need a bit of help to be more efficient and friendly.The food is a mixed bag. I enjoyed the medium hake meal. The batter was crispy, the fish tastes reasonably fresh, and the chips were decent. I'm just not sure on the value of this meal as it felt like a snack but the price was in the ballpark of a meal including a drink at other fast food chains.

I went in and ordered. Went for a walk to kill time. Lady after me got her food as I returned. To find kitchen deserted. With no one there in whole shop! Asked about order when I ask steers for the fish aways manager. To be told it's just more than 10 minutes In which the kitchen staff returned to only start with my food. Asked for my money back. Feel let down. Will rather support Mac's Food OK, but at least I get it...

I ordered at 17:20 and we were only 2 in the shop, I got my food at 17:51 and only because the lady from steers called them to come to the front , the lady was busy packing her things at the back and just ignored me whilst my food was ready at the shelf I could see it . When she eventually gives me , I discover when I am at home that she didn't pack my coke buddy in the pack .

An aunt from out of town forgot a bag full of stuff she had bought from Edgar's two weeks ago, after picking up an order. She went into the restaurant today to see if she could find the package and she got everything back.The food is always great but thank you sooo much for the humble, good and honest service.
