@home - Tzaneen

Good dayI went to @Home Tzaneen yesterday to buy a gift for a friend's birthday. The lady at the till was so kind to offer that they will wrap it for me. I bought a casserole dish and 2 sent packets for my friend. I told them to wrap it for me. I said I will be going to Edgars and come back for the wrapped gift. I ask the to please put the sent packets into the casserole dish , take off the price and then wrap. They assure me that they will do it. When I gave my frien the gift this morning the two scent packets were not in there and the price was still on it. I phoned @Home store immidiatly and told them that they forgot to put the two items in with the gift. They acknowledge their mistake. I told them that I will not be able to come into town again to fetch it they must see to it that I get these items. I as the client did not do anything wrong and feel that they need to see to it that I get these items. The two lady's are blaming each other for this mistake, and I feel it is not my problem at all. I must say that they stayed very polite the whole time during our discussion. Their names are Fikile and Irene. I hope that this matter will be resolved soon.Liana Pieters
