Motorstorm Auto Sales

Bought a car on on the 13th of February. Cash as requested by grant, after so many buyers were waiting". I paid them incl delivery fees. At the time they took my money happily and told me that the papers would be posted after a day or two. Its now the 28th of March and still received nothing. My attorneys are trying sort this matter... but it shouldn't have come to that. Repeat business is a definite NO from my side. They have advised that someone lost the papers and are now trying to get new ones... but they never called me back once it was always me calling. Terrible service. Cannot understand how this business is still standing with such inept people behind the wheel. I would love a response... as i did read previous reviews from Corne about how customers are lying etc... since i have never spoken to Corne as he is always busy and never returns my calls

These guys shouldn't be in business. They attempted to sell an accident damaged vehicle to my Grandfather under the pretence that it was a clean second hand vehicle in mint condition. They claimed that a Dekra test could not be done as they would not be able to get a booking, the vehicle failed its test after we had to make arrangements to have it tested. The dealers insisted on a 50% prepaid deposit, after numerous phone calls and empty promises the funds were refunded. I would not recommend any dealings with these guys, they are fraudsters, dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves.

Uncomplicated, friendly and straight forward honest on what was possible and what not. The deal never came through though, but that had to do with my time constraints only. The trade-in offer on my vehicle was fair. The people at Motorstorm are very knowledgeable in both regards, i.e. technical and market transparency. They did not just check the books" for book and /or retail value on my trade-in but saw the extras and the overall market demand. Their patience with all my inquiries was outstanding and I can only recommend them for anyone looking to buy a fair priced used car."

Experienced bad service. Went to look at a car and it was not available. Was told they would contact us on Monday, send through a proposal and arrange for us to view the car. We are now on Wednesday. When we tried calling today, our calls were ignored and no return call has been made.

I paid in Full for my car 24th Feb 2020, picked up my car 3rd march 2020 as they had to sort my paperwork do cor, plates etc as stated in the Deal I made with Blaze and Corne. as stated in my Invoice. It is now the 19th January 2021 and I still haven't received any paperwork, The car disc expired June 2020, Numerous calls and visits were made, Corne doesn't answer my calls and is never at the shop, promises were made by him about my paper work and he constantly hides from me.

Hi DiveshWe had explained to you the previous owner of the vehicle had misplaced the registration document and that he had to request a duplicate. This unfortunately takes time as we can only put pressure on him to do so, we cannot do it on his behalf. We did however receive the document and posted it within the same day we received it. We did apologise for the delay and the document did not prevent you from using the vehicle. We sell upward of 30 vehicles a month and it is not unusual or impossible for a glitch such as this to crop up. We tried everything within our power to hurry the previous owner up to try and sort this issue out as fast as possible. We delivered the car to you and our service up to the point of delivery was flawless. The fact that a document was not given to us by the previous owner hardly justifies us not being in existence. I wonder how many other dealers in the country have had a similar situation? I highly doubt we are the only dealership thats had to replace a missing reg doc...We however thank you for taking the time to write the review and giving us the opportunity to respond to indicate how we always resolve all issues, a remarkable feat in this industry.ThanksCorne'We at Motorstorm would like to take this opportunity to comment on Gina Reynolds review and set the record straight. What Ms Reynolds fails to mention in her review is that her brother sold a vehicle via a Trader to us and when we questioned the discrepancies with regards to the mileage to our Trader, the middleman, he was unable to get clarification from her brother on it and we demanded a reversal of the deal as in fact WE had been done in by her brother selling a vehicle to us with tampered mileage. Ms Reynolds is therefore ironically playing the victim here and defaming our name in the process... The threats between the trader and Ms Reynolds brother is insignificant as the two parties are both independant and we cannot be held laible for their behaviour. Mr Reynolds never stepped up to the plate to assist us up to date. Hope this lends clarity to a very falsely claimed situation. Ms Reynolds attempt at discrediting our establishment is both feeble and cowardly.

This so called dealership should not be allowed to operate at all.They the biggest liers and they block you when u call them or wtsup them concerning the car or written promises made by them in black and white.I am taking this matter to the magistrate as I was told to do.These people must not be allowed to have their doors open.It's a disgrace.

Excellent service. Was really welcomed by the dealership when i got there. Corne and Byron excellent service man in your busiest moments u tendered to me and replied all my msgs i sent. Amazing offer for my vehicle on trade in and in turn motorstorm provided me an amazing car. The deal took no more than 2 days and the condition of the car was emmaculate.Thanks Motorstorm for the bute you provided

Found a Mercedes on Autotrader with these guys and went to see it. Firstly, the car had 140,000kms on the clock and not the 125,000km indicated on the add. The car also had 3x different makes of tires on it, but other than that was good. I asked them for a trade in on my wife's car and the salesperson said he needed to get the figures from his dealer principle in order to put something together. This was 4x days ago, and after numerous emails and calls, nothing. These guys clearly have no interest in actually selling cars. Rubbish service

Worst service ever. The owner Corne was happy to sell me a ford fiesta, telling me the car has a full service history. The service book was apparently at the shop and when i got there to fetch it i was then told it never came from the person they bought the car from. I was promised the service book to be delivered to me. Im waiting from the 01/08/2017. Now its a month that he has being inoring my calls. Even the 1star is too much of a rating. I paid the price for the car and i expect whats promised.
