Brandon have come out to look at a leaked geyser, detected the problem, bust geyser 22nd of December. I contacted my HOC insurance. He had taken photos before and after. Did a quote to my insurance and noted that the piping to our geyser was not as per the standard requirements and fixed that for us as well. My insurance did not had any issues with us making use of our own plumber and paid us out the full amount.During December when most was on leave and some suppliers closed he manage to arrange everything and installed our geyser in 4hrs including fixing the non standard piping.All pictures before and after have been sent to the insurance with the quote and the invoice was paid. His reaction is quick, his job is done professional. Keeps you in the loop with everything what he needs to do and what he has done, I did not have to ask questions as all was covered during and after his work was completed. Will definitely recommend them to anyone for repairs.
